02 / CORE CAPABILITIES
OEM / ODM Manufacturing
MINGRI HEALTH supports OEM, ODM and Private Label nutrition and health product projects for overseas markets, from product development and sampling to packaging coordination, manufacturing and project documentation.
OEM / ODM
A standard OEM/ODM project moves through the following stages, from initial requirements and feasibility review to production, delivery and repeat-order planning.
We confirm the target country, sales channel, target customer group, product concept, dosage form, specification, estimated quantity, packaging and expected launch timing.
We assess product attributes, raw materials, formula, manufacturing process, production line, license scope and compliance risks.
We develop comparable formula and specification directions and confirm MOQ, cost, lead time, payment terms and the required documentation list.
Samples are prepared according to the confirmed version. Standard projects take approximately three working days; special projects are evaluated separately.
We record feedback on taste, appearance, texture, solubility, specification and packaging, and establish a version number.
The formula, specification, label content, packaging materials and acceptance standards are finalized and frozen.
Raw materials, packaging materials, production scheduling, quality standards and batch documentation are confirmed.
Production and quality control are carried out according to the confirmed manufacturing process and inspection plan. Exceptions are escalated promptly.
Before delivery, we check quantity, carton specifications, labels, batch documentation, logistics and destination-market documentation.
We record customer complaints, market feedback, project changes and improvements for the next production batch.
Target market, dosage form, estimated quantity and key timing confirmed.
Formula direction, sample standard and responsible person confirmed.
Sample, specification, label and packaging approved in writing.
Batch inspection, quantity, packaging and delivery documentation checked.
Projects with an existing formula can be evaluated based on raw materials, manufacturing process, specification, production-line fit and sample confirmation.
Before mass production, the sample, formula, specification, label content, packaging materials and acceptance standards should be confirmed.
Project documentation may include product specifications, inspection plans, batch records, compliance checklists and relevant delivery documentation. The applicable documentation is confirmed according to the specific product and project.
There is no universal MOQ. The applicable minimum depends on the dosage form, formula, raw materials, packaging and production-line requirements. Bulk production generally takes 30–45 days after order placement and packaging approval. Actual timing depends on raw materials, packaging, sample approval, order quantity, testing and production scheduling.
